Riskified’s connector currently supports our asynchronous Chargeback Guarantee solution. With this solution, the connector obtains fraud decisions from Riskified after payment authorization and subsequently updates Commercetools with these insights. Depending on your workflow, you can set the behavior of the connector in terms of what should happen after a fraud decision is returned – meaning you have the option to manually review orders after they’ve been updated by Riskified or you can set the connector to automatically confirm or cancel orders based on whether the order was approved or declined.
You can choose to host the connector as a standalone server or as a server-less cloud function. Before using the connector, ensure you have both a Commercetools API client and a Riskified account set up.
