NEKOM unifies order management, warehouse management, store management and customer service in one omnichannel platform. NEKOM uses the standard APIs of commercetools to communicate with commercetools. Products, Categories, Attributes, Pricedata and Images are maintained in NEKOM and exported to commercetools or other channels like Amazon etc. NEKOM automatically takes care of the stock synchronisation via stock update api. NEKOM is importing orders via cron job out of commercetools and takes care of validation, invoice creation and communication with the PSP for capture, cancel or refund.
