The Klarna Payments integration for commercetools allows you to offer Klarna as a payment method in a variety of countries worldwide, the full list of supported countries is available in the technical documentation. The full integration includes payment authorization, as well as post purchase actions including captures, refunds and cancellations.

The integration is built as a plug-in, and has been built with flexibility to support the different implementations of commercetools. The integration is a Java application in a container that supports integrating Klarna Payments into a commercetools store. The plug-in works by implementing commercetools API extension endpoints for payment and order events. Upon receiving these events it makes calls to the Klarna API to create and update orders.

To use the plug-in you will need to have a commercetools project and an approved Klarna merchant account.
